Terms of Use (Public Offer)

MotorFeed provides API access to vehicle data from public listings on Encar (South Korea) and Che168 (China): catalog and search, vehicle cards, inspection reports, price history and import cost estimates. The Telegram bot platform and the MotorFeed Dealer app are also available.

The data, API methods and limits are described in the documentation on the website. We keep improving the service and may change methods and formats, announcing incompatible changes in advance.

You need an account with a confirmed email. You are responsible for the accuracy of your details and for everything done with your account and keys.

An API key is your secret. Do not publish it or share it with third parties. If a key may have leaked, revoke it in the dashboard and create a new one. Requests made with your key are considered yours.

API access is paid and provided under the plans published on the Pricing page. A plan gives a number of tokens for the paid period; each request uses tokens as described in the documentation.

Unused tokens do not carry over to the next period. When the tokens run out or the period ends, the API refuses requests until the plan is renewed.

Payment and refunds are governed by the Payment and Refund Terms, which form part of these terms.

You must not: bypass limits or token accounting (including by creating several accounts), load the service beyond reasonable use, try to access other users data, use the service to break the law or third party rights, or impersonate MotorFeed.

You may show API data on your own website, CRM, bot or app. You are responsible for how you use and present this data to your customers, including compliance with advertising and consumer protection laws in your country.

We take data from the source marketplaces and cannot guarantee it is complete, accurate or current: a listing may change or disappear at any time. Import cost estimates are for reference only and are not an official customs calculation.

Data availability depends on the source marketplaces. Temporary unavailability of a source is not a breach on our part.

The service is provided as is. We aim to keep it running without interruption, but technical breaks and maintenance are possible.

In any case our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the current paid period. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages, nor for decisions made based on data from the service.

We may suspend access or revoke keys if these terms are breached, if an account appears compromised, or when the law requires it. Where possible we warn in advance and explain why.

You may stop using the service at any time and delete your account in the dashboard settings. Refunds in that case follow the Payment and Refund Terms.

We may change these terms. A new revision takes effect once published on this page; we announce changes that worsen your position in advance. By continuing to use the service you accept the new revision.

We try to resolve disputes by negotiation. Send claims via Telegram @motor_feed; we reply within 10 business days.
